1. Who we are

1.1 TicketMax AI ("us", "we", or "our") is a Monster Media platform, operated by The Group Ltd., a company registered in the Cayman Islands, and provides the TicketMax AI website and services (the "Service").

1.2 This page explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

1.3 By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Personal Data. Information that identifies you or can be used to contact you, including your email address, first and last name, phone number, address, city, state or province, postal code, and cookies and usage data.

2.2 Usage Data. Information your browser or device sends when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers and diagnostic data. On a mobile device this may also include the device type, device ID, operating system and mobile browser type.

2.3 Cookies and tracking. We use cookies, beacons, tags and scripts to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep the Service secure, and analyse how it is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is being sent, but some parts of the Service may not work if you do.

2.4 The cookies we use are session cookies to operate the Service, preference cookies to remember your settings, and security cookies.

3. How we use your information

3.8 You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at support@ticketmaxai.com.

4. Sharing your information

4.1 Event organizers. Where you buy a ticket, we share your name, email address and order details with the organizer of that event so they can manage entry and contact you about it. The organizer is responsible for how it uses your information after that.

4.2 Service providers. We use third parties to help operate the Service, process payments and analyse usage. They may access your Personal Data only to perform those tasks for us and must not use it for anything else.

4.3 Legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend our rights or property, to investigate possible wrongdoing connected to the Service, to protect the safety of users or the public, or to protect against legal liability.

5. Where your information is held

5.1 Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and held on computers outside your country, where data protection law may differ from your own.

5.2 If you are located outside the Cayman Islands and provide information to us, that information is transferred to the Cayman Islands and processed there. Submitting your information represents your agreement to that transfer.

5.3 We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this policy, and will not transfer it to an organization or country without adequate controls in place.

6. Security

6.1 We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

7.1 You may ask us to access, update or delete the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to restrict how we process it, to object to our processing of it, to provide it in a portable format, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

7.2 To exercise any of these rights, contact support@ticketmaxai.com. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

7.3 If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and may complain to your local data protection authority about how we collect and use your Personal Data.

8. Analytics

8.1 We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyse use of the Service. Google may use the data collected to contextualise and personalise advertising across its network. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google’s privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

9. Links to other sites

9.1 The Service may link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over their content, privacy policies or practices, and we recommend you review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

10. Children

10.1 The Service is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to buy a ticket through TicketMax AI, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18.

10.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, contact support@ticketmaxai.com and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

11.1 We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page, update the effective date at the top, and where the change is significant we will tell you by email or by a notice on the Service before it takes effect.
