Buying a ticket
Four steps, about 30 seconds, and your ticket lives on your phone. Here is exactly what happens.
1. Find your event
Browse by category or search for what you are looking for. Every listing shows the date, the venue, the door time and what is still available before you click anything.
2. Choose your tickets
Pick your ticket type and quantity. If the event offers VIP, tables, add-ons or group rates, you will see them here with what is included in each, not hidden behind a separate enquiry form.
3. Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The price you saw is the price you pay, with any fees shown before you confirm rather than after Intro.
4. Get in
Your ticket arrives by email and lives on your phone. At the door it gets scanned and you walk in. Nothing to print, and no need to find the email again while the queue builds behind you.
About your ticket
Your ticket is yours to use. You can go yourself or give it to someone else.
What you cannot do is resell it. Tickets bought on TicketMax AI are not for resale, and tickets offered for resale may be voided. Some transfers need approval first, so if you are moving a ticket to another name, check with us before the event rather than at the door.
