From registration to payout, here is how it runs.
8% per ticket. That is the whole fee.
You choose how it is handled. Absorb it yourself and the buyer pays the face value you set, or pass it on and the buyer covers it at checkout. Either way you know your margin before you sell a single ticket.
Standard payouts are processed within 7 to 14 business days after your event, subject to our Organizer Terms.
Complete the organizer registration and send us what we need: what the event is, when and where, capacity, and what you intend to sell.
We aim to review completed registrations within 24 hours.
Set up as many ticket types as the event needs. Early bird tiers with dates or quantity caps, general admission, VIP, tables, add-ons, group rates, comps and promo codes.
Set out what each one includes so buyers understand the difference without having to message you.
Your event page goes live and you get links to share. Use a different link for each channel and partner, and the platform records where every sale came from.
That last part matters more than most organizers expect. It is the difference between knowing you sold 400 tickets and knowing which radio spot, post or sponsor actually sold them.
See sales as they happen: by ticket type, by day, by channel. Spot the tier that is about to sell out and the one that is not moving, while there is still time to do something about either.
Scan tickets on the night through the TicketMax AI scanning app and see the room fill in real time.
It works offline. If the connection drops at the door, scanning carries on and everything syncs back to the platform as soon as you are back online. Nobody stands in a queue because the wifi went down.
Standard payouts are processed within 7 to 14 business days after your event, subject to our Organizer Terms.
You can also export your attendee list for event administration and future marketing where attendees have provided the required consent.
Buyers pay by major credit or debit card. Bank transfer is available on approval for larger arrangements.
Tickets are not resaleable, and transfers may require approval. This protects your pricing and keeps tickets out of the hands of touts.
